I have been involved with health care for nearly 25 years. Scary thought. And health care and health insurance has remained consistent in terms of visiting a physician, having the health plan consider the claim and having the physician’s office appeal for the claim if it does not get paid. The players have changed somewhat, less HMOs and more HSAs, but the general playing field has stayed the same. Health Symphony was created in 1998 to provide consumers easy access to information and assistance, without having to pay exhorbitant fees to attorneys. We have assisted thousands of people over the years and will continue to do so as the health care environment undergoes it most dramatic change yet with Health Care Reform.
